How To Decalcify The Pineal Gland With Thought Leader Brie Marie

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. The same, I believe, is true of the human mind. No man or woman has the right to be an amateur in the matter of consciousness. It would truly be a shame for someone to aimlessly walk through the re-run’s of his or her day, live it for 75 years, and call it a “life.” In order for one to truly experience life, learning how to decalcify the pineal gland is a step in the right direction.

7 Chakras In The Human Body

Root Chakra – Located at the base of our spine in the tailbone area, this chakra represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded.

Sacral Chakra – Located about 2 inches below the navel, the Sacral chakra helps us become more accepting of others and new experiences.

Solar Plexus Chakra – This chakra can be found in the upper stomach/abdomen and is the focus for our ability to be confident.

Heart Chakra – Found in the center of your chest just above the heart, this is responsible for our ability to love.

Throat Chakra – Focused on our communication and is located at the throat.

Third Eye Chakra – Found between the eyes and on your forehead, the third eye gives us our ability to have depth of vision and to see the bigger picture in life.

Crown Chakra – Located on the very top of the head, this represents our ability to be spiritually connected entirely.

What Is The Pineal Gland?

The pineal gland, also known as your third eye chakra, can be seen in hieroglyphics left behind in the ancient egyptian pyramids a.k.a. the “all seeing eye.” Often times referred to as “the seat of the soul.”

In order to awaken your third eye you must reach a certain level spiritual/vibrational frequencies. Once you reach this level of consciousness, your pineal gland will be activated by the light of your higher self which will then activate your entire chakra system.

Caffeine – Are you someone who loves to have your morning coffee? If so, you may want to reconsider as caffeine has actually been known to calcify your pineal gland! Every once in a while is alright but if you’re serious about decalcifying your pineal gland then it’s best to stay away.

Meat – You’ve grown up with meat in your early stages of life. Dad gave you a hotdog, mom made roast beef and grandma made.. well what grandma made. But did you know that when an animal is slaughtered the fear hormone is actually released inside of them prior to their death?

Then you blindly consume these products because of tradition, texture, taste and habit. If you’ve been eating meat your entire life, it has calcified your pineal gland and you’re in need of a full pineal gland detox. To keep things short, meat isn’t helping your cause.

Eat Organic Foods – Think your food is safe? Think again. Most of the foods today are not natural and are jam packed with crazy synthetic chemicals and other heavy metals which are toxic to for your pineal gland. The best way to reduce these chemicals is to switch to a plant-based organic food lifestyle. Not only are their less chemicals but there are typically more nutrients as well.

Eliminate Fluoride Immediately – Fluoride is extremely toxic for your body. It’s in our toothpaste and in our everyday drinking water. While it’s been known that it’s used as a treatment for our drinking water, we aren’t actually getting the real deal product. Our drinking water is being contaminated with the synthetic version – sodium fluoride.

Remove fluoride from your drinking water immediately. The best way to do this is to purchase a water ionizer with a special water purification system. One worth checking out is the Kangen water machine made by Enagic. I highly recommend checking them out.

Furthermore, brush your teeth with fluoride free toothpaste. On the back of fluoride toothpaste tubes, it says “if pea sized swallowed, call poison control.” Why you could continue to brush your teeth with that is beyond me.

Sun Gazing – Dating back more than 2,000 years in ancient India, this ancient technique has been known to help decalcify the pineal gland. It’s also known as “sun eating,” because you’re “eating” the sun through your eyes and are infusing your body with energy into your body. It’s recommended that you sun gaze throughout certain times of the day. The benefits on the pineal gland will vary depending on your individual health status. Yoga – According to the Yoga Journal, yoga may help to support your pineal gland. It’s speculated that seratonin and melatonin levels in the pineal gland can be affected by yoga but there isn’t any full proof research to back this up. At least not that I’m aware of. What I’ve found is that the biggest connection between the pineal gland and yoga is based around the chakras. As always, consult with your physician before taking on any new physical activities.

Meditation – Studies have shown that meditating before bedtime increase melatonin levels. Other studies have shown that there are increased activity levels in the pineal gland while meditating.

Alcohol and Drug Free Lifestyle – We all know drugs and alcohol aren’t good for us. If you want to detox your pineal gland then these need to go along with your emotional attachment to them.

Technology – Look at how you’re communicating with technology, they produce L frequencys or in other words extra Low frequency and it hinders the growth of the pineal gland and it stops producing melatonin. Cut off the tv and stop accepting false messages and receive the real ones from your third eye.
